hi
I like to know if I see the violation of copyright somewhere that is related to a PMI member, what should I do?
Thanks

Send to PMI customer care; assuming they want to control it

first of all you should trying to contact that person and try to clarify with him/her directly. May be it has happened by accident or whatever.

then you should be really sure that it is a violation against the CoE

and if so, finally do like Mounir described

just my 2 Cents

btw: a violation of copyright is not necessarily a violation of the CoE ...

Curious, how is a violation of copyrights is not CoE issue? I just had a long battle with PMI on wanting to use the names of some of their processes in my book and they wanted 'an arm and a leg' for that (meaning lots of money).

I agree with what Makrus has mentioned, I would follow the same.
