I want to know what are the basic and essential points on which a project manager should possess and work seriously in context to get the project completed on time?

Thanks Elizabeth,

I read it as well and found it very interesting.

Looks like you have lot of experience so I have a question:

What would you need to see in CV to hire a person that wants to work as PM with limited experience?

I am looking for my first job like PM. I have lot of experience like engineer but nothing else than CAPM certificate and some courses that supports my candidacy as PM.

Your answer will be much appreciated
