Which are the Collaboration tools like TaskQue that are providing facility to automatically assign tasks without Overwhelming Them?Suggestions required

I want to know about the practices of project managers and their organization about team collaboration. There is a hub of tools available but not all of them provide the above-mentioned feature. If you using a tool other than TaskQue, then what is it?and if you are using TaskQue, does this feature helps in your work environment.

I like the fact that it's free for small teams (less than five), that it allows me to have multiple projects, and separate my projects between personal and professional.

I like the fact that it's free for small teams (less than five), that it allows me to have multiple projects, and separate my projects between personal and professional.
