Drake Settsu Project Manager / Blogger Hi, United States
Watch this short video on getting a project back on track.

This approach could be used for any type of project.

I'm interested in hearing some feedback on this approach.

There is something critical missing: organizational culture and country culture, mainly the first one. Dark Vader will die before start working in some organizations while he will survive and perform this type of behavior into others. I firmly believe that take this type of situations as a valid example of a possible behavior without understanding the culture is a big mistake.

A brilliant clip to use for a project management play. I remember using this clip at a CII conference in 2011 to promote front end planning and use of PDRI (Project Definition Rating Index). Darth Vader said 'you should have done better from end planning'

Wonderful, thank you for sharing.
When meetings get tough I might pull out the following three quotes...
"...The client does not share your optimistic appraisal of the situation..."
"...The client is most displeased with your apparent lack of progress..."
"...The client is not as forgiving as I am..."
