Seeking mentor for class project.

Do you have experience leading teams on International projects? We would conduct brief weekly interviews over the course of 8 weeks, about your experience and the influence of cross-cultural climates on the project.

From more than 25 years ago I am leading projects/programs with more than 65 countries involved and more than 250 people belonging to them, from north to south and east to west, mostly virtual teams (including time where not internet avaiable). . I do not what are you looking for.

I've managed projects around Europe and USA. Also led virtual teams in India, Brazil, Filipinas and Argentina.

But I don't know if I'm an "International" project manager...and what exactly do you need? Could you be more detailed?

lol, yes! great team of SAP developers...but some Spanish words with different meanings led to some fun misunderstandings, and tons of anecdotes.

lol, yes! great team of SAP developers...but some Spanish words with different meanings led to some fun misunderstandings, and tons of anecdotes.
