Any suggestions for good templates on a Resource Heat Map. Looking to get senior management to understand resource constraints. Allocations plus Demand and Capacity reports are not getting traction. LoE's/BoE 's not getting looked at or understood. Need something clean and easy to understand for CxO levels. Saving Changes...
One approach would be to have roles in the rows and time periods in the columns. Express the variance between supply & demand quantitatively and translate that to a color range.
Like Kiron suggestion any tool that lets you make rows and columns.
