Currently I have identfied the following in terms of decision criteria that Business stakeholders must consider in a go/no go decision 1) UAT fully completed and all rejects have been fixed 2) Training completed 3) Documentation of new processes 4) Communication of new product/service to stakeholders 5) Post implementation fuctionality reveiw plan in place (to ensure what was reviewed in test environment is the same as in production).
