Does anyone have any experience using this tool? I'm looking for any pros/cons with using this tool for resource management and project management.

Are you looking at replacing an existing tool, Joan? If so, you should worry about transitioning from one to another.

I'm sure the tool works just fine. The question is what problem are you trying to solve with bringing this tool in. As with most tools, the quality is dictated by the inputs and management of the data.

For resource management, it doesn't look like there is integration with an internal system, so resource availability and capacity information is at the mercy of management at the project, program, or portfolio level. This could prove challenging in a matrix/functional organization. For project management, there are probably fewer variables.

Maybe the organization can perform a POC during a trial period to validate results against needs.

Agree with Stephane transition could be your biggest problem.
