Folks -

I'd referenced this in a discussion earlier this week on the elimination of Delphi method from the Sixth Edition, but thought it might help others to share this more visibly.

I presented a webinar a little over a month ago providing my analysis of the changes between the Fifth and Sixth Editions of the PMBOK Guide.

The link to the recording is located on my ProjectManagement.com public profile.

Enjoy!

I loved your presentation, Kiron. Not only did you share the differences but you also explained what they mean to us. It's nice to put a voice to your picture.

Thanks for the kind feedback, Stéphane! It was hard to keep from providing some "color commentary" - especially on those changes I disagreed with!

Outstanding Presentation and I truly mean it. I bet it has taken lots of time from you to prepare such a clear and precise presentation. Thank you so much for sharing this Kiron.

Thanks Rami!

The hardest part was double-checking my recollections of what was in the Fifth Edition based on something I felt had changed in the Sixth. Good thing PMI only updates these standards once every three years!
