actually, I am going to manage project for operation of call center, accordingly I need to set project schedule in MS project for it.
therefore, I need help in regard how to plan form its initiation till close out.
note: the scope & contract already done.

You can certainly do a Google search for schedule templates for call center setups, but with your scope fixed, a better approach would be to develop your WBS with the team and other key stakeholders and then go through the activity definition, sequencing, estimation and schedule development process.

I second Kiron on starting with WBS. We really need to follow the steps in development of schedule step by step. Start with WBS, decompose to develop an activities to a level where you can manage in a schedule. Plan your calendar, resources, activity durations etc.

MS Project is a tool that will kick-off in the end to compile the schedule.
