Webvantage - what are the pros/cons from a PM perspective

I'm relatively new to my company (which is an ad + marketing agency) and we use Webvantage (an Advantage tool).

I've never used it before and would love your perspective on what the pros/cons are of the tools.
Also, if you've lessons learned or cautions to provide, that'd be much appreciated.

They have a number of products Michael, which one are you referring to? I don't know much about them other than coming across their website a few times. It will be interesting to see other posts here on the topic.
