For a software services provider executing Development projects , how would the breakup of Small, Medium and Large projects looks like?

I am doing analysis of data for project sizes for software services provider organizations based out of India. If I assume project costs as :

Small project - Average 100K USD
Medium Project - Average 500K USD
Large project - Average 1.5 M USD

Would it be fair to assume % o of Development projects executed as
Small - 30% , Medium- 40% and Large - 30% ?
Any references for this king of data would be greatly appreciated.
