Scenario:
You have received an email from the account team and a call from the customer, expressing concern with how the project manager is managing a project. The customer is frustrated because the project manager does not follow up, does not provide regular valid information and appears unprepared during the client's call. This is not the first customer and account team to express similar concerns with this project manager.

Let me also share thet the case was also shared in upper management and now we're goig to implement a consistent mentoring, coaching and 1:1 practice for all PM's (seasoned and unexperienced). The fact that this particular PM showed a reccurent perception from customers and account team suggested that on the part of the organization there was somethig else to be done too. Saving Changes...

PM has to follow the communication plan if it prepare which include all the requirement about the stakeholders and methods for provision of information in most appropriate method. Question show that PM has not done properly and require training / coaching in Project management aspects Saving Changes...
