Earned my PMI-ACP and took a leap of faith by leaving my stable, senior role with a large bank to pursue my passion for PM teaching by joining a small boutique firm.

Kiron
Big move Kiron, best of luck - Cheers

Rami Kaibni,

Thanks for your interest!

1) Networked in PMI's events in Lima with new colleagues, excellent professionals and now some friends helping each other in our projects.

2) Succesfully closed glaciology project in Andes (2 meteorological stations at 5,200 m altitude in Glacier Suiricocha).

3) Enjoyed working on plans and executing work in a new environment for two projects in Amazon jungle: 1 autoclave system (Hospital Yurimaguas) and 1 mobile container with air monitoring equipment (Forestry University Puerto Maldonado).

4) Earned my PMI-PBA.

5) Contributed on development of new PMI's Business Analysis Standard; contribution recognized in appendix X.

6) Discovered PM4R and it's good connection with IADB & INDES.

Best wishes!
Jorge, very impressive achievements & contributions. Can you elaborate more on item 6 please ?
