As project manager what all things should we commit if any of the party stops further execution of the project? What possible impact will such a termination cause to the PM? Saneep, You put two big question I will try to answer one question and I not sure about the other. When party stop execution of the project prematurlly, is it because of business decision or is it becuase bad project delivery?. If it is business decision then PM not thing to worry about, and if it is becuase bad project deliverable then PM is accounted for every thing. So I hope it is the first case you talking about.

The project closed because of Client's business decission. How to bill the client for resources locked for the project and other expenses.
