I conduct daily stand up meetings (15 mins) and during the meeting, the action owners update an online Kanban board with the progress made. Weekly, we have one webex meeting (for 30 mins) to go over the progress made in the week, what did not go well and upcoming focus areas of the next week. I use the extract from the Kanban board for the weekly meeting but in a ppt format.
