Good day fellow PMs.

I wanted to check if there was an alternate email address to contact PMI. I have tried '[email protected]' however I have not had a reply for them in over a week.

I wanted to check how we would go about claim PDU's earned last year at the Global Conference in Chicago.

Thanks in advance.

Neil -

You might want to contact PMI's EMEA office directly using [email protected] or +353 42 682 5610.

You could also check the conference program or guide - often times organizers will include program number information in there for submission purposes.

Send another email, usually they reply in a day or two. However, there are a number of other ways like live chat or call at the phone numbers given on Contact Us page.

I would suggest that you also report earned PDU's through CCRS on PMI site if you have not reported yet.

Can't you report the PDUs directly in you PMI profile?

@ Vincent , you can however the PDU's you are allowed to report for some areas are significantly lower than those highlighted in the handbook for the conference. In addition I wanted to query as to whether PMI would be automatically adding PDU's earned during the conference as we had our attendance badges scanned at the door of each session which should reflect the PDU's for each talk.

Neil -

if your badges were scanned then I would expect that the organizers would be submitting the PDU information for the attendees as that has been my experience from past conferences.

If it's been more than a couple of months, I'd definitely follow up as you've done.
