In mainland China, the PMP certificate is just a symbolic meaning. Actually, it will be deviated from the actual work, and I want to take a step closer to the PMP specification process. Thank you.
In addition, there are no chapters in China.
Is this part-time search for work that is in addition to an FT engagement? If so, ensure there are no compliance repercussions. That said, search through your local chapter first. I believe there are also freelance type aggregation sites to help those looking for that type of work - such as glassdoor or upwork.
Good luck. ...

Try Flexjobs.com. There are a number of virtual part-time projects you might take on.

There seems to be a PMI website dedicated to China (not a chapter website, though). not sure if you'll find some resources/ contacts there.

Check with your local chapter, they might have some opportunities. I worked in China for 3 years and I know for a fact that Project Management is a desired profession.
