Is there away to get PDUs for free ? please advise

Attend PMI Chapter meetings mostly they have educational part in addition to the network
Study books, articles and whitepapers, webinars here
Engage in scheduled informal discussion, Coach your Peers, PM Presentation
Coaching others for PMP or ACP (I guess)
Just remember unlike other certificates: You can’t renew a PMP certification just by doing your normal job as a project manager. You can earn a maximum of 8 PDUs for ‘Working as a Professional’.

I agree with the others. I earned a majority of my PDU's right here by taking webinars, participating in online conferences and going to PMUniversity.
I also have used the https://www.vmedu.com/ site where I found some free training on Scrum and Six Sigma.

The webinars are an excellent way to earn PDUs. Also attending local chapter meetings which has the added advantage of networking with colleagues
