There is a plenty articles that talk about RUP Planning, two ways:
- Coarse grained (Phases and Iterations)
- Fine grained (Activities Iterations)
But those talk about "work" not management. Anyway I'd like to take advantage of JPACE's process-templates. Does somebody can help me? In order to put clear how can I mapping RUP and JPACE?. Where and how put each element from JPACE to RUP
I was thinking in WBS:
- first put some management JPACE elements: Business Case, Risk Assessment, ...
- Plan project-Work (phases an iterations) and Plan Iteration (iterations activities) from RUP, but I don't know how to mapping some activities from JPACE to RUP and that it does not seem redundant or out of side
I'm honest, i'm a little confuse how to do that. I have an strong hope that someone can help me. Thank you in Advance Saving Changes...
