Bye the way, I used project management to plan my marriage because I believed that It would be the only way to arrive to the day without headaches. I got that objective.

I'm assuming the lessons learned were few, otherwise there might have been a real "post-mortem" afterwards :-) !

Oh, us too! My wife is a certified PM as well.
Unfortunately for us, the execution was not smooth at all. Key lesson learnt? Next time we get married, it's going to be a straight civil proceeding without any hoopla.

I can't imagine having a RACI at home...
Just in case you are married then the RACI is easy to create..... Saving Changes...
haha Mayte, depends who you live with. It might stop arguments over who is accountable or responsible for things like chores ;-)

Sante & Sergio,
A RACI matrix is very useful in "new" projects or initiatives, situations where the stakeholders don't deliver as expected or doesn't have a clear set of accountability...
I used at college with my roommates, but...I can't find the sense at home!

I use it sometimes when we have to start a new initiative. For example, when my daughter´15 years old party, when we plan a vacation to USA, when we plan some modifications inside my home to create a new room for my son into my actual home. Things like that. But as I mentioned into my first comment the point is the level of formality or degree and all the deliverables have an objective: to cummunicate each other on things we have to do and moving ourselves as independent as we can.
