Project Interdependency Management

Michael Mwera Senior Solutions Architect| Fortum Molndal, Sweden

Hi All, I am currently looking for ways to map out / visualize interdependencies between projects and came across the above methodology( PIM - see links below):
https://www.pmi.org/learning/library/inter...techniques-6442
https://www.pmi.org/learning/library/multi...assessment-9971

Does anyone have links to a framework / tools & templates / more information that can assist in getting this started in an organization?
