Is PM Challenge a useful way to study for the PMP?

I've been using the PMchallenge feature on this site as part of my study for the PMP. Is this useful and effective, or should it be avoided?

I concur with my colleagues here. PM challenge was fun, to some extent it was helpful to test my knowledge.

The challenge questions are useful in that it will help you get in to the project management state of mind. Your brain will condition itself in recognizing that it's an exam about project management and only project management.

I found the challenge questions useful for that reason when I studied for the CAPM.
