Project management does not start or end with the definition and planning of a project, in fact, contrary to what many Project managers believe, if it does not include managing the scope of the project and the change, the success of your project would be in danger That's why, as responsible for a project that always wants to structure my functions around five key steps:
• Plan the work.
• Work the plan.
• Monitor project progress.
• Pay attention to the circumstances that install the adaptation.
• Manage the scope of the change.
