This is not a unique situation - especially if it's a consulting company where they want to see you in action. They will give you a business case of some kind and give you time & materials to prep for a mock presentation.
You can't really prepare other than trying to reduce your stress as much as possible and get as much intel as you can on the company and their projects as they'll likely draw a scenario from one of those...
I don't get the 5 hours thing. You had 5 hours notice for an interview? Anyway I remember something my grandfather use to say when I was younger to reduce the stress and anxiety in many situations. It might sound strange but he use to say no matter how big the issue you are facing, try and picture yourself in that situation siting or standing there, then draw back and picture yourself there as an observer watching yourself, then draw further back view yourself from a birds eye view, then further back view the planet earth, then the solar system, then the galaxy and so on. Then think of how old the universe is, billions of years old, and you will only be here for a split microsecond of that time, and this stressful situation is just a split microsecond of that split microsecond. So don't care too much about what's happening now. Enjoy family, friends and what you love to do. This situation will pass. I know it all sounds a bit morbid lol. But the moral of the story is don't let this situation stress you out since it means zero on the scale of things. Saving Changes...
Hello Sante, the interview will be for 5 hours from 8 to 1 ... I 100% second what your grandfather says and difinitly, will try to look at matters in a very calm way ... Or at least that's what I am aiming for. Saving Changes...
