What is your least favorite PMBOK knowledge area or process?

I would have to say Close Project or Phase, but with emphasis on "Project". I always feel a little sad when a project is done.

I would go for control procurement.
The biggest problem with contracting out work is that PM may not have direct control over how the work is done.

Anish, yeah procurement can be a huge headache sometimes. It's one of those beasts that can get out of control.

Anish, yeah procurement can be a huge headache sometimes. It's one of those beasts that can get out of control.

I would go wth Kiron: Control Scope followed by Engage Stakeholder - It sometimes drives you crazy to do it successfully but at the end we get it done as needed.

I think, Manage Stakeholder Engagement is one of the important but undesirable processes. It is really difficult to explicitly understand their expectation and keep them satisfied throughout the project.
