I understand that success as a project manager depends on the skills, competencies and cooperation with the other leaders included in the project, my responsibility is with my work to teach the team to work at the pace and level you need, however you can to be affected the cadence of the tasks and processes of the project when you do not have leaders with experience and attitude, then I must further strengthen my efforts, when I do not like any part of the work they do, you have to provide them with the necessary tools so that the task is better done, lead by example.
Clearly describe the tasks, reference bibliography on which they can be supported and how much resources are available, in order to make the leader participate in the growth when carrying out the project.
Carry out discussion meetings of the problems, be careful to be very subtle and avoid that more inconveniences arise, without having to repress or criticize the concrete task of one of the leaders, show examples and practices as is the environment that I have proposed for to bring the project to a successful conclusion, I must raise the issues through rounds of questions that have to be answered, thinking about how to improve, how they would do it.
It is important to provide them with equal work tools in order to collaborate with them in their training.
It is of great impact in the project that when using my influence to lead the leaders with little motivation or without many skills, for this positive being will increase your confidence, there is nothing better than to believe it to be convinced that I will achieve the goal, transmit to the team a positive attitude so that all move together towards the achievement of the project.
It is possible that, during the allocation of resources, the efforts to find the right resources, the skills of a leader have not been correctly visualized and therefore they do not have the experience, since their profile is different, since very often they are Considered by their availability and not necessarily by their abilities, however, the inadequately trained and / or inexperienced leader can sink a project.
In several intervals it is good to go back and take a new look at the whole project, review how things have gone so far and how you can improve the future work of the leader based on what has already changed along the way, This does not mean that you should or need to make changes constantly just be open to these situations and have a quick and correct response.
It's a little of what I do when these situations arise and I continue to develop my skills more to be able to offer support as a project manager.
Thank you very much, community
