download Version One's State of Agile survey - it provides one set of freely available stats on this. Gartner also publishes a similar set but at a cost. Apparently the findings in both are not necessarily the same as DAD is a small percentage on the Version One report but a greater percent on the Gartner one...
Would be interesting to somehow see actual statistics. Scrum certainly seems to be the go-to.
