Look for job postings for Project Coordinators, Project Administrators and Project Analysts as these types of roles go by many names. When you apply, highlight not only your educational qualifications but also your experience in other roles which would be directly applicable to such positions - e.g. time management, excellent communications skills, organization skills and so on.
