Not the product itself, but ordering the product. It just keeps going in circles and asking me to sign in and then order again. I have already created an account, logged in, ordered the product, it went into the shopping cart, and then I selected checkout...but then it goes back to the login screen and product list again. I have tried different browsers, and disabled security temporarily. Nothing works.

I'm using RMC, purchased on iPad and had no issues at all. Purchase itself was very fast, I received the product immediately. But it is true that they have confusing steps of creating accounts. You have to register before buying and then create another account for actually using the product.

Phones and tablets drive me crazy for learning. I tried that already with the degree I'm doing, never again ;-)

lol Lenka, actually I called them around 6 hours ago and they said many of their customers are experiencing the same issues and there is a "technical problem". Perhaps your two year old needs to replace those technical people at RMC to get their ordering portal working again ;-)

Regarding tablets and phones what I mean is it's frustrating to type as I think too fast and the words can't come out fast enough so it gets frustrating, which is why I use desktops as much as I can. On the road I use the iphone and typing with 1 finger most of the time (yeah I know they have those mini keyboards) is like getting a camel out of the eye of a needle. But granted my kids were experts at two years old, probably because they don't type thousands of words per day and they have little fingers :-)
