It is usually when I have helped some one.
Yesterday it was after I explained Risk Management to one of our project managers. I created a presentation explaining the basics of risk that we went through. Then we walked through the risk management template and the risk register.
At the end of an hour he understood the need for risk management and how the do it.
I felt satisfied that I was able to share this information with someone who was receptive to it.
