Absolutely, Kiron. That is an awesome feeling [of validation]. I recently had a past manager of whom has also moved on, reach out to me, telling me how much he misses having me on his team.

My new feeling of satisfaction is when I can facilitate a meeting, gather all of the required information from people, let everyone have their needed input, establish action items, adjourn the meeting, look at the clock and realize I did it all in 20 minutes. Ahhhh.
This is my new goal. No more wasted meeting time. People are spending too much time in meetings and not accomplishing anything.

I hear you! I also try to keep my meetings timeboxed to 30 minutes. The attendees appreciate it too.
