My new feeling of satisfaction is when I can facilitate a meeting, gather all of the required information from people, let everyone have their needed input, establish action items, adjourn the meeting, look at the clock and realize I did it all in 20 minutes. Ahhhh. This is my new goal. No more wasted meeting time. People are spending too much time in meetings and not accomplishing anything.
