I was sorry to realize that some article requires you to log in to an external site. Should PMI post articles that are open to all or it could include lock article?

If I am asked to log in to read an article, I never do so. Truthfully, every time I have done so, I found myself on someone's mailing list.
A suggestion I would make for pm-port is to separate the "open" articles from the ones that require a log-in. That way you know before you click. And you can ignore the log-in section if you plan to never use it.

Making it visible that login will be required is a good solution, maybe a secondary page.
