My first thought is to define acceptable.

What do the job requirements ask for in your area? For sure, the CSM is the most recognized, though I don't know if it holds the same credence. Many here support Scrum.org and their offerings, which include the PSM. There are a couple of blog entries highlighting some of the overviews. I'll grab those links and share
