Gentlemen-
As a Project Manager I have always tried to balance the Compensation with the difficulty and challenge of the proposed Project.
A challenging 10 rated difficult Project has always taken slight precedence over Comp. However, I must say I feel have been very lucky with both.
As a PM It is your job to create that good work environment for your staff so they look forward to coming to the Project every day. It is also your obligation to insure they feel fairly compensated and appreciated.

From the trenches...

Great feedback Mark.

This mainly concenrates about you making the environment good for other in the project but how about the organization itself ?
