I don't have any inside knowledge, but my guess is that the concept is folded into 4.1.1.2 Agreements, which IS an input. Agreements are described (in my words) as "whatever agreement generates the project - may be a formal contract or something as informal as an email", and then there's a reference to section 12.2.3.2 where they are described more fully. There, on the list of things included in an agreement, is "Procurement statement of work or major deliverables". So I think it's still there - just harder to see :-) Saving Changes...
I'm assuming you are referring to the project SoW as procurement SoWs still exist as outputs of Plan Procurement Management.
Margaret's assumption of Agreements is most likely correct, but another potential "home" would be the generic new catch-all input of "Business documents" for the Develop Project Charter process.

I did not notice that change at all. But it was confusing to to use similar terms for exam preparation although in real life are easy to differentiate.
I need hard copy of the pmbok. Soft copies are not for me.
My main concern of edition 6th is the reduced amount of quantitative tools.
