Quality reports and quality control measurements - PMBOK6

Hallo everybody.
I'm studying PMBOK 6 for the exam and I'd like to get some examples about the difference between "Quality Reports" (output of Manage Quality process) and "Quality Control Measurements" (output of Control Quality process).

in a Quality reports you can see cpk results, ppk, and trends, quality measures are the physical measurements performed during the inspection.
