Productive habits?
My contribution as a leader in IT projects, I lead by example, for this I define the behavior I want the team to show, then I practice what I say and I preach by example, there is nothing more important than demonstrating that things can be done and show what the road is, the inertia of my behavior and actions makes my team follow me, not as an imitation, but I am showing them what can be done and when the benefits of this new habit are clear, it will be extensively productive.

Leaving the comfort zone of autocratic leadership and delegating tasks, the power to change, to spread the new habit, will need the input of advanced users, also enthusiastic users, members of the team that can spread the new habit among the rest of the team and even all the organization.

Very important to apply horizontal or vertical deployment: divide the habit into smaller actions and smaller pieces, so that small steps can be made, then small gains can motivate the team to take the rest of the way, no matter how difficult it is be.

The real and strongest commitment to the project is the team's motivation to carry out their tasks, so the constant motivation will keep the group with the shirt on to achieve all the objectives set.

People can get used to routine tasks very often, so I propose to vary the role of the members, without neglecting their specialty, showing them different things that contribute to their personal and professional growth, remember that as long as our team is trained, we It will also raise the level to us, it is a win - win.

Practice resilience in our person and transmit it to the team, the recovery we have before events and circumstances must be very agile, this will help the group to have security and develop, removing the denial, confusion, depression and crisis that may exist in the project .

This makes me quite sensible in the understanding that learning new habits, good of course, counteracts the struggle against the habits established by domination.

I invite you not to take yourself too lightly, you must do it with the necessary amounts of sensitivity, all the while motivating the team to renew better and more productive behavior patterns.

Wait, I'll get back to you when I find a question/issue to respond to ... ... ...
Very well Sante, you are right there is only one question in the header, the contribution is what I think about it and how I have implemented it, it is natural that sometimes "you look with crystal glass things", a question immersed in a contribution is maybe the advice of someone more experienced that tells us we are entering, someone is stopping in the details and does not take for granted everything that comes in the book or methodical courses! The forums give the opportunity to say that we all pass through a learning curve, thank you very much for your comment.
Ruben, these posts might be better positioned in a blog, have you considered that? It would give an opportunity to store your thoughts and it not getting lost in past discussion posts. Of course there is no hard and fast rule here, but I am sure you have noticed that almost all the discussion posts here are questions, and more commonly, very concise. You can also check the level of responses in your past posts to see if the way in which you post is effective. If your purpose it to engage and get responses, which can also initiate discussions, then I am just suggesting a blog post or article (if you write something long) is a better choice in my opinion :-)
I agree with Sante but more preparation needed to get to write blog
you need approval / name of your channel / blog etc I have applied in the start of March and not finalized yet. So this would be the fastest to write.

Wait, you need to apply for a blog? Need approval? I don't remember having to go through any of that. I simply clicked and got started. IIRC, you do need to meet a certain threshold for Influence.
