After I received my PMP. I started sitting down with colleagues mentoring them one-on-one at work, home, etc. I am unsure if I can use that for PDUs and if so, how to record in CCRS system. When I chose the Share Knowledge it asked what organization did I mentor through and etc.
Am I able to claim those hours and what documentation will I have to provide if challenged. Thanks for any help in advance. Saving Changes...

well my organization do not have a mentoring program but after my PMP certification, I am mentoring few my junior colleagues - can this be claimed as PDU? if yes, what will be the procedure for doing the same? what types of documentation I need to maintain to claim Saving Changes...
Under Giving Back section - click 'Share Knowledge' to report PDUs (1 hour = 1 PDU), mention your own organization name and you're good.
Whatever documentation you deem necessary is fine, a presentation deck, an email or even invite calendar should work.

Agree with Deepak. The PMI is more flexible as long as your contribution is genuine. Just document time, place, date and file. It can be a project plan, a meeting, a power point presentation, an article you read and it’s summary, all pertaining to project management. Saving Changes...

There's a maximum number of PDUs which can be earned under the Giving Back category so if you have hit that max for your certification cycle then it wouldn't be recorded against any of your credentials.
