PMXPO: Hall of Keynote Presentations
It all started in 2008 when we went to Mt. Everest and shared some challenges to help us succeed in our projects. Ten years later, we returned to the world's highest peak for some lessons in leadership—a celebration of a decade-long run of PMXPOs!
In between and since, we've had an amazing collection of keynote presentations—from a history-making NASA rocket scientist to the producer of an Academy Award-winning documentary, from an NFL champion coach to an Emmy-winning comedy writer, from a gaming genius to consultants on one of network television's most popular shows, from an MIT kingpin to a marvelous comic book veteran...it's been a diverse, fun ride! And our second decade beings with musings from an Emmy-award winning writer and producer for The Simpsons!
All of our keynotes are collected here for your convenience. Revisit a favorite or discover one you missed!

Using stories from her unconventional construction site, Cara shares tactics to blend an imperfect mix of personalities, talents, and temperaments into cohesive, unstoppable teams.

Imagine yourself on the highest mountain in the world. You have to deal with the physiological effects of extreme altitude--along with bone-chilling temperatures, battering winds and a climbing team that's counting on all of its members to make smart decisions. There's simply no room for poor judgment—one mistake or misstep can result in an "unrecoverable error."

For Ric O'Barry, founder of The Dolphin Project and producer of the Oscar-winning documentary The Cove, projects are very much life and death.
