What is Topic Influence in the PMI Community?

What is Topic Influence?

In PMI’s online community, Topic Influence is designed to answer the question “who has expertise in a particular project management topic area?” By making contributions to the community that are related to topic areas, your accomplishments and activities - and the community’s response to them - are gathered and weighed. They are then assigned a value between 1-100 for that topic area.  Topic areas include Agile, Change Management and Information Technology. You’ll want to remember that this system only considers your online activities in the community, please don’t expect it to capture all of your expertise. It is intended to be used as a rough guideline.
