Financial crises. Ponzi schemes. Production of toxic toys. Are these the results of failure in corporate and professional ethics? Each PMI member and anyone holding a PMI certification must agree to abide by the PMI Code of Ethics. But what does this mean for the individual Project Manager? This webinar will explore the new PMI Code of Ethics and how it applies to each of us.
This presentation offers the basis of ethics and highlights the areas where project managers might stumble. Ethics is playing an increasing role in the sucess of both projects and careers, as managers are forced to deal with international resources and customers. Raj will share real life experiences and techniques that can be applied to improve your project.
