Overview

Crisis. The very word strikes fear and panic, often accompanied by sudden, unexpected events and a high degree of uncertainty and risk. Every project will have challenges, but a crisis is another level that is disruptive, driven by a sense of urgency, and high-impact, which can unsettle even the experienced PM and derail their project. The good news is that recognizing a crisis and utilizing the 3 C's of crisis leadership principles and responses can enable you as a program and project manager to embrace, adapt, and even thrive (EAT) in a crisis. Join this webinar to learn practical strategies to effectively lead your project team through a crisis.
