Featuring Mark Mullaly - April 17, 2014

Overview

For those who find this concept a little discomforting, this webinar is for you. Mark Mullaly explores what it means to develop and reinforce your abilities as a project manager. Rather than looking on career development as a honing and refining of technical skills and abilities, he takes on the necessary challenge of developing our career as one of ensuring visibility, reinforcing reputation and cementing perceptions of competence. It's not enough to be a great project manager; it is also necessary to be seen as a great project manager. Stand up and be counted; your career will thank you for it.
