Presently, project management is viewed primarily as a tool for implementing strategy. However, the current dynamic business environment encourages organizations to consider project management as a strategic competency.
This webinar presents a framework to support the formulation of strategy for the project function in organizations. This framework is then applied to two project-based organizations.
Our presenter, Nigel L. Williams, PhD is Senior Lecturer in Project Management in the Business Systems Department at the University of Bedfordshire, near London. Before joining the University, Dr. Williams worked for 15 years as a project manager and business consultant for manufacturing organizations in the Caribbean region.
