Especialista em Change Management e em Gestão Estratégica do Conhecimento. Atua há mais de 20 anos em gerenciamento de projetos, melhoria de processos e implantação de PMO. É Palestrante nacional e internacional, além de professora de Gestão de Projetos em várias instituições.
