PMXPO 2017: 2017 Pulse of the Profession®: Success Rates Rise – Transforming the High Cost of Low Performance

Featuring Melissa Buchanan, and Tricia Cabrey Delaware Valley Chapter - April 27, 2017

Overview

Our latest Pulse of the Profession® research suggests a positive change in the way organizations are managing projects and programs. At the same time, the definition of success is evolving, and the ability of projects to deliver what they set out to do—the expected benefits—is just as important as the traditional measures of scope, time, and cost. This presentation will review PMI’s latest findings of how organizations are becoming more mature with their project practices and what factors they are investing in that distinguish more successful project performance.
