Organizational Agility 2017: Succeeding with an Agile Transformation – Experiences at Ericsson
Every organization is unique and special and as a result, every agile transformation is also unique and special. There is no fixed recipe telling us how to do it successfully. So, how can a large enterprise, like the telecom giant Ericsson, succeed with a transformation, that not only affects ways of working, but also the overall mindset? Based on personal leadership experience at Ericsson being part of transforming a large R&D organization that is distributed over many countries on several continents I have identified factors and leadership approaches that make agile transformations successful.
