In this session, Jody Temple White, an experienced citizen developer, will explain key concepts from the Citizen Development Body of Knowledge and how they were applied to an actual business case. She will walk through each of the key steps – from ideation, to suitability assessments to requirements gathering – and highlight how the tools and methodologies developed by PMI help provide structure and governance to the process. She will also walk through the application developed in the no-code platform AppSheet to demonstrate just how accessible citizen development is for users.
