She will walk through each of the key steps – from ideation, to suitability assessments to requirements gathering – and highlight how the tools and methodologies developed by PMI help provide structure and governance to the process. She will also walk through the application developed in the no-code platform AppSheet to demonstrate just how accessible citizen development is for users.
